Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of financing transactions across KKR's global credit platform.
• Drive legal negotiations with internal and external counsel for financings, amendments, extensions, and refinancings.
• Develop financing strategies by evaluating lender appetite, market conditions, and capital structure alternatives.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate economics, borrowing capacity, and risk.
• Research new financing products and capital structure innovations to broaden capabilities.
• Build relationships with financing counterparties, institutional investors, and syndicate partners.
• Present financing recommendations and liability management strategies to senior committees and leadership.
• Identify and implement AI and technology solutions to automate workflows and improve data management.
