Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, negotiation and execution of financing transactions.
• Drive legal negotiations for new financings, amendments, extensions and refinancings.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate economics and covenant compliance.
• Research new financing products and capital structure innovations.
• Develop relationships with counterparties and investors; present recommendations to leadership.
