Job summary

Naviant is seeking a Principal UiPath Solution Architect to drive the architectural direction for strategic automation initiatives. You will act as a technical authority and trusted advisor, shaping enterprise-grade frameworks that converge UiPath with Agentic AI across our strategic accounts.

In this senior role, you will mentor architects and engineers, lead high-stakes engagements, and contribute to Naviant’s thought leadership within the UiPath ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Sets the architectural vision for scalable, enterprise-grade automation solutions across UiPath and the broader AI ecosystem.
• Deep hands-on expertise in VB.NET, C#, and Python with enterprise-scale infrastructure evaluation.
• Mentors architects and developers, setting technical standards and driving excellence.
• Translates complex technical strategy into actionable terms for executives and stakeholders.
• Drives cross-functional alignment on strategic, high-stakes engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level engagements across strategic automation programs using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools.
• Define enterprise-grade solution architectures and governance across ERP/CRM/EHR integrations.
• Provide architectural oversight, resolve roadblocks, and mentor team members.
• Represent Naviant's point of view in pre-sales, executive briefings, and customer interactions.
