Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Principal, Treasury & Banking to lead and optimize the company’s treasury activities in a hybrid work setting in the United States. The role drives cash management, liquidity forecasting, and investment oversight to support stability and growth.

You will lead banking relationships, treasury systems, and internal controls while partnering with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, banking, corporate finance, or related field.
• Experience managing cash, liquidity, treasury systems, investment portfolios, and banking relationships.
• Experience providing financial analysis and treasury leadership to senior executives.
• Adherence to compliance programs and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and working capital management.
• Oversee banking relationships, credit facilities, and treasury service providers.
• Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of treasury and cash management systems to enhance automation and controls.
• Manage company investment portfolio with external managers and related reporting.
• Develop and refine treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with risk management.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting on cash forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for banking needs.
• Provide treasury expertise and recommendations to Finance and executive leadership on liquidity, banking, investments, and risk.
• Prepare and support Board reporting related to liquidity, investment performance, and risk exposure.
• Support audits related to treasury, cash management, and investments with documentation and cross-functional cooperation.
