Job summary

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools in Los Angeles is seeking a Principal who leads with equity and a passion for social justice. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of experience as a teacher, counselor, or similar school-based role.
• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Principal or similar school leadership experience.
• Preferred: Graduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: Valid California teaching credential

Responsibilities

• Drive instructional excellence by setting school goals and coaching teachers.
• Prepare scholars for college via a college-ready curriculum and data analysis.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Principals and teachers through observations and feedback.
• Demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Assess data and dynamics of the school and adapt as needed
