Job summary

Alliance College-Ready Public Schools seeks an instructional and people leader to guide diverse teams that impact scholars and communities in Los Angeles. You will shape教学 excellence, implement a college-ready curriculum, and use data to continually improve instruction.

You will supervise principals and teachers, build strong relationships with families, and align resources with school needs while upholding Alliance’s equity goals and anti-racist mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of experience as a teacher, counselor, or similar school-based role.
• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Principal or similar school leadership role.
• Preferred: Graduate degree and valid California teaching credential.

Responsibilities

• Drive instructional excellence and coach teachers toward goals.
• Prepare scholars for college via college-ready curriculum and data-informed decisions.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Principals and teachers through observations and feedback.
• Foster a collaborative culture with families and staff to support student achievement.
