What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, develop, deliver, and coordinate in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers
- Ensure training programs align with company and customer objectives, continuously revising lesson plans as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compliant education programs and curricula that support business strategies
- Demonstrate education effectiveness through systematic program evaluation and continuous improvement strategies
- Travel up to 50% as required for training and education initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma PLUS a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, or field sales/support in the medical device or healthcare industry -OR-
- Associate’s Degree PLUS a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience -OR-
- Bachelor’s Degree PLUS a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of electrophysiology (EP) mapping experience
- Strong understanding of training and education processes in medical device programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced Electrophysiology certification (RCIS or IBHRE preferred)
- Proficiency in computer skills such as Excel, Smart Sheets, Articulate & Rise, Adobe, Camtasia, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Experience in instructional design methods
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and foster strong relationships with external customers
