Qualifikationen

• Deep hands-on TradFi experience with settlement systems, post-trade flows, and the full institutional trade lifecycle.
• Equally deep hands-on experience with digital asset or blockchain infrastructure, including tokenization and on-chain settlement.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead who has shipped complex, regulated financial infrastructure.
• Comfort operating as a specialist rather than a generalist and ability to challenge ideas.

Aufgaben

• Partner with DIS leads on the product vision and strategy for custom build engagements, owning prioritization and direction as the work moves from concept to delivery
• Serve as the team's specialist on settlement, clearing, and post-trade flows across both TradFi and digital assets - bring deep knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle and on-chain translation
• Translate institutional and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable specs and acceptance criteria for engineering
• Run discovery and requirements sessions directly with client stakeholders, from engineers to senior operations and technology leaders
• Challenge ideas and assumptions - both client and team - to ensure requirements reflect how TradFi infrastructure operates today and what needs to change for digital assets
• Partner with the Architect and engineering leads to ensure product decisions hold up technically
• Serve as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the roadmap externally, keeping delivery and client expectations aligned
• Embrace and champion thoughtful adoption of AI tools to improve team performance and output quality
