You will coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and AI, translating complex risks into actionable plans and ensuring on-time deployment in a high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technical product or program management, strong communication, and experience with JIRA or similar tools.

Qualifications

10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience working with engineering teams across hardware and software domains.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Establishing a mechanism and cadence to manage a large-scale manufacturing automation program.
Managing escalations or misalignments when there are risks to delivering services with high quality; leading tradeoff decisions with customers and partners.
Translating risks and technical details to leadership to drive decisions under tight deadlines.
Developing and publishing a clear RACI to create transparency and accountability.
Coordinating across internal teams to ensure alignment and enablement of deployment services.
Exercising strong technical judgement to influence deployment methodology at the program level.
Understanding scalability requirements and ensuring feasibility of deployments at scale.
