Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in the United States is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to own the strategic roadmap for end‑to‑end supply chain tech. You will identify architectural gaps, drive convergence with grocery and core retail tech, and enable rapid store launches across multiple countries.

You will manage a portfolio of 15+ systems and partner with WWGS, SCOT, AFT, MMPO, and others to define investment priorities, standardization strategies, and innovation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Proactive, independent work style with strong communication to executives.
• Knowledge of forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology roadmap for Quick Commerce supply chain systems across markets.
• Drive OP1/OP2 planning and ensure reusable capabilities while reducing engineering effort.
• Coordinate across 15+ systems and multiple orgs to accelerate launch timelines.
