Job summary

Procore is hiring a Principal Technical Program Manager for Government to accelerate feature delivery in Procore for Government. You will build the operating model and change management processes to serve federal and public sector customers, partnering with engineering, product, security, compliance, support, and GTM teams.

You will work in Austin, TX and must be a US citizen eligible for FedRAMP projects; the role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in multi-department programs.
• Working knowledge of FedRAMP and other compliance frameworks (SOC, ISO, CMMC).
• Experience with change management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate release of government features by removing bottlenecks.
• Partner with leaders to align government commitments with product roadmap.
• Streamline compliance change management across engineering and product.
• Establish and run operational review meetings for Procore for Government with stakeholders.
• Define end-to-end ownership for Procore for Government processes.
• Mentor other program managers on process improvements.
• Leverage AI and agentic workflows to move faster and improve efficiency.
