Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager for Government to accelerate the release of government features within Procore for Government.

You will build the operating model and change management processes to serve federal and public sector customers at the speed of our commercial products. You will partner with engineering, product, security, compliance, support, and go-to-market teams to deliver the latest government-ready features, leveraging FedRAMP knowledge

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience spanning multiple departments.
• Working knowledge of FedRAMP and compliance frameworks such as SOC, ISO, and CMMC.
• Experience with change management in regulated environments balancing audit/control with engineering velocity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate constraints for engineers and executives.
• Experience with dependency mapping and delivery tooling (Jira/Linear).

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the release of government features, removing bottlenecks.
• Plan and align government commitments with the broader product roadmap.
• Evolve workflows for reviewing, approving, and deploying changes across environments.
• Lead operational review meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define end-to-end ownership for Procore for Government processes.
• Mentor other program managers on process improvements.
• Promote AI literacy and leverage agentic workflows to move faster.
