Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Principal, Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technology and security programs spanning multiple teams and platforms.

You will define strategy, establish goals, manage dependencies, and drive end-to-end execution with executive communication and governance. You will partner with Engineering, Security, Cloud, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to translate objectives into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes, fostering best practices and talent

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related area with 6 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• Option 2: 8 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale technical and security programs spanning multiple teams and platforms.
• Define program strategy, scope, milestones, success metrics, and deliverables.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with security strategy and business objectives.
• Establish governance, reporting, and KPIs to measure program health and impact.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture to evaluate solutions for security and reliability.
