Job summary

Qualifications

Experience designing manufacturing test methods and applications for high-volume production.
Proficiency with LabVIEW and TestStand for instrument integration and test automation.
Ability to develop test requirements, validation strategies, and measurement standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement manufacturing test methods, equipment, and applications.
Develop test methodologies, requirements, validation strategies, test limits and guard bands.
Develop URS/SRS requirements and support verification and validation activities.
Perform MSA, Gauge R&R, uncertainty analysis and statistical analysis.
Translate R&D measurement methods into high-volume manufacturing test solutions.
Analyze measurement variation, repeatability, reproducibility, and yield performance.
Integrate test instruments and develop automated test applications.
Identify improvements to test equipment, procedures, manufacturing processes, and test requirements.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, manufacturing, and product teams.
