Job summary
IntePros is seeking an experienced Automation Technician Lead in Tempe, AZ to provide hands-on technical leadership for automated manufacturing equipment. Qualifications
- Requires 5–8 years of hands-on technical experience in manufacturing.
- Proficient in PLCs, pneumatics, servos, sensors, and electromechanical systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment documentation.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor technicians to support daily production and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment including PLCs and sensors.
- Coordinate technical support to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and maintenance records.
- Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Quality teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and safety compliance.
