Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Principal Test Engineer/Test Lead to define and drive quality engineering strategy, V&V, test automation, AI-enabled testing, and release readiness across mobile apps, connected devices, cloud services, and APIs. You will coordinate globally distributed testing teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality product releases.

The role requires leading end-to-end testing initiatives, establishing best practices, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve testing

Qualifications

Lead the overall V&V activities across the product lifecycle.
Develop test strategies, plans, protocols, traceability matrices, and reports.
Ensure compliance with Design Controls and regulatory requirements.
Support audits, inspections, CAPAs, field actions, and regulatory submissions.
Ensure complete traceability from requirements to release.

Responsibilities

Lead testing for mobile apps on Android and iOS platforms.
Define validation strategies for connected medical devices and digital health ecosystems.
Oversee BLE testing, pairing, connectivity, synchronization, recovery, failover, and interoperability scenarios.
Ensure end-to-end testing across hardware, firmware, mobile apps, cloud services, APIs and external integrations.
Validate usability, performance, reliability, compatibility, scalability, and customer workflows across platforms.
Lead cloud, API and systems integration testing activities.
