BAE Systems is searching for a RF Principal Test Engineer with experience in developing automated test software solutions. The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to complete assignments with little oversight while being available as a subject matter expert and technical lead to their team. They must be able to assume a full or partial lead role as circumstances dictate, and be able to quickly and dynamically switch focus to support a production environment. This individual should be comfortable providing technical status updates to program management and interfacing with other engineering disciplines as necessary.
The ideal candidate would be familiar or experienced in:
Experience in supporting factory production test stands, debugging, problem isolation, and resolution. Experience developing RF test measurements for production. Ability to perform test solution development focusing on hardware (test adapters, cables, tools, interface modules) and software (drivers, utilities, executables, test software).
Full-Time Salary Range: $115,779 - $196,825
Please note: This range is based on market pay structures. Salaries are influenced by factors like skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
