Job Description

Quantech has an immediate opening for a Test Manager supporting the C3I&N Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:

• The candidate must be able to provide Validation & Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program's integrated Test Plan, program development/sustainment contracts, and PMO practices.
• The candidate shall provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation; and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance.
• The candidate shall provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures.
• The candidates shall support the following requirements: prepare test plans and procedures, prepare TEMPs, review test analyses, prepare T&E segments of Acquisition Documentation, monitor test events, support certification test activities such as JITC, support training required to execute test activities, review and analyze engineering test documentation, support data collection during development and operational test events, and support FCAs/PCAs.

Job Requirements

• SECRET Clearance required.
• Ability to work independently and apply proper procedures and processes related to assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with supported customers.
• Experience with SharePoint, including managing, uploading, and editing program data and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• MA/MS with 12 years of experience in the respective discipline, of which 5 years must be in the DoD, or BA/BS with 15 years of experience, including 5 in DoD.
