Job summary

Advanced Technology Search is seeking a Principal Test Engineer for our client in the Greater Boston area, MA, a leading maker of RF/Microwave ICs serving defense and wireless markets.

The role focuses on wafer‑level DC and RF production test, process control monitoring, and developing test software in C++, C#, or Python. A BS or higher in EE or Physics with 5–15+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Physics, or higher degree.
• 5–15+ years in wafer or die level test.
• Experience with PCM, DC test, and test-automation programming in C++, C#, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Perform wafer level DC and RF production test in fab.
• Manage process control monitoring and provide test data to the Process Team.
• Implement programming for the Test equipment in C++, C# or Python.
