Job summary

Target Tech seeks a Principal, Technology Strategy to act as Chief of Staff to the Technology Senior Vice President, shaping portfolio strategy and aligning priorities with corporate goals.

You will translate complex technical topics into clear, enterprise-ready narratives, drive the operating rhythm, and partner across functions to deliver measurable impact for Target's technology portfolio.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience, combined with extensive strategy/technology experience.
• Proven ability to operate at senior levels within a complex organization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Chief of Staff to a Technology SVP and align portfolio to enterprise priorities.
• Shape annual and multi-year strategy, priorities, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Translate strategy into actionable priorities and establish a strong operating rhythm.
• Communicate complex technical topics in enterprise-friendly narratives.
