Job summary

Latent is assembling a high-caliber technical team in a competitive market. This role owns the top of the funnel—finding, engaging, and building relationships with exceptional engineers before they're actively looking.

We value taste, curiosity, and persistence. You will partner with recruiters and founders to define what qualifies as great, experiment with messaging, and track funnel metrics to improve replies and time to first convo.

Qualifications

• 1–4+ years of technical sourcing experience (startup experience a plus).
• Enjoy solving the puzzle of finding hard-to-find candidates.
• Care about quality over volume and avoid spammy outreach.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch.
• Operate with urgency and take ownership.
• Bias to action.
