Perplexity AI is seeking a Technical Sourcer to shape our talent foundation and fuel rapid growth. You will surface engineering and AI talent across multiple disciplines, using advanced research, talent mapping, referrals, and AI-assisted automation to build strong candidate pipelines.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand technical requirements, calibrate profiles with nuance, and continuously optimize sourcing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
