Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across engineering, operations, security, and product.

Responsibilities

Establish scope, milestones, plans, dependencies, risks, and execution strategies for complex programs.
Lead cross‑functional initiatives impacting product, infrastructure, or customer commitments.
Drive program execution across engineering, release management, operations, and customer success.
Identify and manage complex issues and risks; provide clear options and recommendations.
Develop standards, dashboards, forecasts, and models to improve execution visibility.
Drive continuous improvement and automation across workstreams.
Facilitate technical discussions and maintain alignment with leadership and stakeholders.
Act as liaison to protect customer success and commitments.
