Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Principal Technical Portfolio Manager to shape and lead a complex enterprise Marketing Technology portfolio. You will translate strategy into coordinated technology investments, roadmaps, and financial plans, guiding execution and governance.

You will manage a team of portfolio professionals and collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, Data, and Risk. The role emphasizes modernization of the Marketing Tech ecosystem, with a focus on measurement,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with eight or more years of relevant experience.
Experience leading or supporting enterprise portfolios in Marketing Technology or digital experience.
Strong finance, governance, and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic direction into portfolio priorities, roadmaps, and investment plans.
Lead governance, funding, forecasting, and value realization activities.
Provide transparent executive reporting and data-driven recommendations.
Coordinate across products, platforms, and external partners to align priorities.
Identify and mitigate risks affecting outcomes, security, or compliance.
Drive modernization and rationalization of Marketing Technology across the enterprise.
