Role Overview:

This role involves leading the technical delivery of the Employee Compliance Intapp solution, acting as the technical design authority during implementations, and partnering with the Principal Consultant for functional design. Responsibilities include gathering technical requirements, conducting data workshops, creating architectural diagrams, managing design issues in JIRA, guiding Solution Engineers, planning sprints, providing client training, and collaborating with various teams to enhance products, processes, and client solutions. Additionally, the role supports other operations and develops support collateral for implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the technical delivery of Employee Compliance Intapp Solution based on Intapp’s products (e.g., Intapp Open, Intapp Time, Intapp Walls).
2. Serve as the technical design authority during implementation.
3. Partner with the Principal Consultant on functional design.
4. Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
5. Analyze client needs and provide implementation recommendations, including requirements gathering, data workshops, architectural diagram creation, and managing design issues in JIRA.
6. Guide Solution Engineers and plan sprints, including inputting JIRA tasks.
7. Provide technical training to clients and support other operational teams.
8. Collaborate closely with project team members and the product team to improve solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 4-6 years of experience in a technical implementation role within Professional Services in a SaaS organization.
2. Strong communication skills, personable, collaborative, and capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Organized, disciplined, flexible, and able to manage multiple projects.
4. Experience leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management.
5. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
6. Knowledge of web services (SOAP & REST), SQL, Boomi platform, and API integrations.
7. Excellent skills with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
8. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in Financial or Professional services sectors.
2. Experience with system integrations, automation, and master data management.
3. Knowledge of employee compliance, time entry solutions, and ethical wall solutions.
4. Software development understanding and experience with enterprise systems.
5. Cloud and SaaS experience, issue tracking systems (e.g., JIRA).
