Job summary

Nike Beaverton, OR is seeking a Principal Technical Product Manager to own Design tech products within CP&I. Lead multi-year roadmaps, align with Design leadership and Global Technology, and collaborate with Architecture, Engineering and Program Management to deliver value.

You will drive product discovery, define KPIs, leverage GenAI and 3D tech, and influence senior stakeholders across design and product orgs. Requires 8–12+ years PM experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
• Deep Subject Matter Expertise & experience in Design tools (2D/3D, Adobe, CLO, AI tools etc.).
• Proven experience in developing complex roadmaps, establishing measurement frameworks, product management best practices, and delivery of significant business impact
• Ability to influence and shape thinking of senior business and technical leadership within and outside the Design
• Experience with and/or ability to quickly learn complex systems and landscape
• Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with agile development methodologies, specifically SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum
• Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI applied to enterprise product workflows
• Experience working on global products in consumer, footwear, apparel, or retail domains
• Proven experience leading complex product roadmaps with measurable business outcomes and KPIs
• Credibility to influence across product organisations not directly managed
• Individual contributor role with leadership through expertise and informal mentorship

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design leadership to align on strategy, outcomes, and multi-year product vision.
• Champion product vision with Design and Global Technology leadership.
• Drive disciplined product discovery and engagement in design, delivery, rollout, and adoption.
• Partner with Architecture and Engineering to align on key design decisions.
• Align roadmaps with peer product teams across CP&I and represent the platform in cross-org forums.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to prioritize features.
• Advance Design Tech by exploring GenAI and 3D technologies where applicable.
• Track adoption, value, and business KPIs across initiatives.
