SAIC seeks an experienced Principal Integration Engineer to directly support modernization of space launch ranges and enable Assured Access to Space (AATS). The role emphasizes architecture design, transition planning, and development of integration plans to accelerate mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 7+ years experience for advanced roles.
• Experience with DOE/DOD in a technical engineering forum.
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes and life cycle.
• Ability to identify and implement system and process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Define systems with processes to link complex systems and components into a coordinated whole.
• Apply diverse engineering disciplines including systems/software/hardware engineering and interface protocols.
• Assist in transition planning, requirements development, and architecture baselines.
• Lead development of integration and migration plans and schedules.
• Advocate for clients on architecture design to address business problems.
• Support business process improvements or systems analysis for missions and systems requirements.
