Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 25 years of experience.
• 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications can be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD Directive principles to SOF acquisition engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support for system requirements and translate them into design criteria.
• Assist in development of system performance requirements and integration.
• Help resolve unique problems in design and development engineering.
• Perform technical planning, risk analysis, and supportability assessments.
