Job summary
RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is hiring a Principal Systems Engineer – Section Responsible Systems Engineer for the Tucson, AZ SETC. You will lead the effort to update and maintain system requirements and serve as the technical SE lead for verification and qualification testing, interfacing with multi-disciplines to ensure first-time-right performance for warfighters.

Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with systems software, firmware, hardware, requirements, integration or test.
- Experience in test planning and verification of system requirements.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain all system and subsystem level requirements specifications.
- SE technical lead for verification and validation efforts during testing.
- Collaborate with Systems and Hardware IPTLs and Chief Engineer on program tasks.
- Lead Systems Verification Reviews with leadership and IPTLs.
- Mentor new team members and share core Systems Engineering skills.
