Job summary

ACQCENTRIC INC is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineer to support DoD missile defense programs. The role focuses on MBSE in ground sensor systems, with strong emphasis on DOORS and DXL scripting.

You will collaborate with multiple government and industry teams to capture and manage requirements, maintain system models, and ensure compliance with lead engineer vision across TRRs and PDR/CDR/FDR design reviews.

Qualifications

• Active clearance is required and must be maintained.
• 8+ years of related professional experience in DoD or radar systems.
• Experience with DOORS and DXL scripting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DoD and industry teams to manage requirements for ground sensor systems in development by the Missile Defense Agency.
• Capture technical specifications for future development initiatives in DOORS and/or CAMEO.
• Compare prime item development specs to government specs and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Maintain databases and system models per MDA best practices as defined by the Systems Engineer and Transformation Task Force.
• Support technical discussions to guide requirements development and ensure alignment with the lead engineer vision.
• Develop briefings, point papers, and trace reports for development specifications and model deliveries.
• Coordinate support from personnel, provide instructions to manage databases and models.
• Evolve requirement management practices in response to changing information system capabilities.
• Document processes, standards, and techniques to enable cross-team support.
• Provide technical direction to TRRs, TIMs, PDRs, CDRs, and FDRs.
