Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to develop and coordinate requirements for a lab software environment. You will work with cross-functional teams across locations, leading technical interchange meetings and providing systems engineering expertise.

You will also develop and update lab architecture and ensure proper verification and validation of project requirements with stakeholders, while navigating DoD security requirements and SAP/PAR eligibility.

Qualifications

Experience with DoD systems engineering processes.
Active DoD Secret clearance (or eligible) with recent background check.
Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Program Access (SAP/PAR).
Experience in requirements and verification management using DOORS.

Responsibilities

Develop, mature, and coordinate project, software, and interface requirements for a lab software environment.
Coordinate with cross-functional and multi-location teams to develop requirements, manage progress, and clear roadblocks.
Lead technical interchange meetings with customer and NG technical team.
Provide systems engineering expertise to the technical teams.
Develop/Identify/Update lab architecture.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure proper verification and validation of project and software requirements.
