RTX is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer for our Tucson, AZ campus. You will lead embedded software requirements, model development with Cameo, and collaborate across Systems, Software, and Test teams to deliver robust missile systems.

This role requires a Top Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 8+ years in Systems Engineering with MBSE and DOORS. Onsite work with potential travel; relocation assistance is available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and MBSE.
• Experience with requirements development, management, verification, and integration/testing of software products.
• Proficiency with DOORS, Azure DevOps, and MATLAB is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Update and maintain system and subsystem requirements for embedded software, configurable logic, and test systems software.
• Model the system and development/production processes using Cameo.
• Conduct trade studies and present results to customers.
• SE technical contributor for verification and validation activities across the program.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Configurable Logic and Test teams on a variety of technical tasks.
• Engage with the customer in technical conversations and present analyses.
• Mentor and onboard new team members in core Systems Engineering skills.
