Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Melbourne, FL seeks a Principal Engineer Systems to join our System Test Team. You will provide support for all system test activities, including test planning, creation of required test procedures, post-test data analysis, and reporting on test results.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and the ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 5+ years experience, or MS in STEM with 3+ years, or STEM PhD with 1+ year.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government Secret clearance (in-scope or CE).
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance as required.
• Experience generating technical documents and using MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and programming languages.
• Understanding of Test Engineering methodologies and developing System Test Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, execution and peer review of test procedures.
• Participate in Formal and Non-Formal Test events.
• Participate in test planning, defect validation, and post-test data analysis.
• Create test artifacts for PCM and SRM releases.
• Attend and participate in System Test meetings.
• Willing to support multiple shifts and odd hours.
