Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in a related field with experience in quality, manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience with root-cause analysis tools.
• Experience with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 requirements.
• Experience with Quality Management System.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Represent NG to the supply chain with credibility and maintain the approved supplier list.
• Identify and quantify supplier performance as proactive risk mitigation.
• Participate in program reviews and boards (CCB, MRB, PMR) and contribute to supplier readiness.
• Perform First Article Inspections per AS9102 and ensure conforming, timely shipments.
• Conduct supplier process and product audits, and capacity assessments per Military/Space standards.
• Drive supplier quality improvements using SCARs and root cause methodologies.
• Assist with program cost estimates related to supplier quality activities.
• Travel to supplier sites to oversee quality investigations and design reviews.
