Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Strategic Planner to advance the Strategy team within the Strategy & Program Development organization. The role supports technology scouting, investment analysis, and high-level partnerships, reporting to senior leadership across El Segundo, Falls Church, or Melbourne.

A strong background in finance, strategy, and program management is essential. Qualified candidates will have advanced degrees and a proven ability to analyze market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with relevant experience or equivalent advanced degree.
Experience in financial analysis, strategy development, and/or PM.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technology scouting initiatives and external engagements.
Source, analyze, and execute strategic investments and partnerships.
Develop portfolio-shaping strategies aligned with company objectives.
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership.
Track partnership performance and provide strategic insights.
