Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
5+ years of progressive engineering experience in SRE or production engineering.
Experience with regulated environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, PCI) and change-control.
Hands-on runbook authoring and validation for real remediation procedures.
Experience designing self-healing patterns and validating them in production.

Responsibilities

Design and implement self-healing automation and resilience patterns across a multi-application estate.
Author and validate remediation runbooks with safe execution order and rollback steps.
Lead or contribute to RCA and blameless postmortems to drive durable engineering fixes.
Partner with automation and operations teams on safe handoffs and autonomy graduation.
Contribute to incident response and change-control in a regulated environment.
