The role requires extensive SRE experience, AWS expertise, and a strategic mindset to partner with diverse sponsor groups. A hybrid work model supports collaboration across locations and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with senior‑level impact.
5+ years building and supporting AWS solutions.
5+ years running DevOps/SRE functions.
Experience with chaos engineering at scale.
Proficiency in scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

Design technology solutions to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
Lead observability and incident response initiatives.
Automate monitoring and reliability across cloud and on‑prem environments.
Drive SRE best practices and dashboards across Global Technology.
Collaborate with partners to mature the reliability program.
