Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 8+ years designing, operating, and scaling distributed cloud/on‑prem infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading large-scale infra initiatives with cross‑functional alignment.
• Strong development experience in Go or Python; IaC and CI/CD expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term Kubernetes strategy across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Drive architecture decisions for cluster lifecycle, networking, IAM, observability, autoscaling, and cost optimization.
• Lead large platform initiatives across multiple teams; establish technical direction and measurable outcomes.
• Define service level objectives and error budgets to align with business priorities.
• Build automation-first infrastructure using IaC, GitOps, and self-healing systems.
• Champion AI-powered tooling to improve efficiency and incident response.
