Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of combined experience in Pricing, Estimating, Global Supply Chain or another Business Management related function or a Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience; or 9 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Prior pricing or material estimating experience
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare material estimates for proposal submittals by understanding customer requirements (RFPs and requests).
  • Collaborate with proposal technical teams to develop pricing strategy and interface with multiple organizations.
  • Create Bills of Materials and CERs; support proposal reviews and pricing models.
  • Support risk assessment, fact-finding, government audits, negotiations, and certifications with TINA compliance.
