AEP is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer in Columbus, OH to lead a cross-functional team from design to deployment of modern web apps using React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. You will work closely with cloud, CI/CD, and enterprise integration teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in software development with leadership experience, strong AWS and DevOps skills, and familiarity with ERP integrations. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.

Competenze

• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum framework.
• Hands on experience with AI tools.
• Proficient in React.js, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud architecture and services.
• Strong experience with CI/CD (GitHub), enterprise integration toolsets, and IAM configurations.
• Understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
