Job summary

Pinnacle in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced AI/Data Engineer to assist junior staff and collaborate with developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders on scalable, optimized data solutions. You design data warehousing strategies, ETL processes, and reporting solutions aligned with IT standards and enterprise goals.

Responsibilities include staying current with AI technologies, building enterprise software, prototyping full stack apps, and guiding project teams through SDLC while ensuring risk

Qualifications

• Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
• Familiarity with AI tool calling integrations.
• Experience with vector database systems.
• Knowledge of AML/BSA regulations and transaction monitoring.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• 10 years of related experience including data design and project management.

Responsibilities
