Are you passionate about digital experiences, AI-driven customer engagement, and content management? As aSolutions Consultantat OpenText, you'll help organizations unlock the value of their digital content and interactions. From CMS and DAM to customer journey orchestration and AI-powered analytics, you'll collaborate with internal teams, partners, and customers to tailor solutions that drive business results. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners and customers, positioning OpenText Digital Experience (DX) solutions to address real business challenges

  • Collaborate with Strategic Alliance and Partner Managers to align technical strategy and value messaging

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives

  • Build proof-of-concept solutions that showcase the power and flexibility of OpenText DX

  • Translate technical requirements into business outcomes through clear, impactful storytelling

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Global Services teams to define solution roadmaps

  • Represent OpenText at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales enablement roles

  • Familiarity with Digital Experience platforms including CMS, DAM, CCM, AI-powered analytics, and customer journey orchestration

  • Strong communication and presentation skills—able to simplify and convey complex ideas to diverse audiences

  • Experience developing and presenting interactive technical demos aligned with business needs

  • Knowledge of Private Cloud and hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure), and SaaS solutions

  • Experience working with Global Systems Integrators; knowledge of SAP and insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire) is a plus

  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning and innovation

  • Willingness to travel as needed

SALARY STATEMENT

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes a competitive base salary, variable incentives, and participation in OpenText’s comprehensive benefits package.
