Job summary

Seekr is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to help U.S. Government customers understand and adopt our AI platform and mission-specific solutions to address complex operational challenges.

You will partner with Sales to lead technical discovery, frame customer challenges, and define solution approaches that align to mission priorities, translating advanced AI capabilities into clear outcomes that matter.

Qualifications

• Active US Security Clearance TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
• 8+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Architect or pre-sales role for US Government.
• Experience creating reusable assets and architectural patterns.
• Proven track record leading large, complex pursuits.
• Excellent executive communication across technical and senior stakeholders.
• Experience delivering demos and POCs in secure cloud environments.
• Collaborative with Sales, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams.
• BS or MS in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior Solution Architects and Solution Engineers.

Working closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams, you will ensure solutions are both compelling and operationally viable in secure environments.This role requires structured thinking and strong executive communication. You will create clear, decision-oriented artifacts and deliver high-quality presentations that connect technical capabilities to mission outcomes.Success in this role is defined by your ability to shape opportunities, influence strategy, and enable customers to confidently adopt AI solutions that deliver meaningful mission impact.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery engagements with U.S. Government customers, defining mission needs, constraints, and success criteria
• Translate customer challenges into structured solution approaches, including architecture and implementation pathways
• Design and deliver targeted demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that clearly illustrate the value of Seekr’s platform and government-specific solutions
• Develop concise, decision-oriented artifacts – including solution architectures, diagrams, and briefing materials – that accelerate customer understanding and alignment
• Present to executive stakeholders, communicating complex technical capabilities in a clear, credible, and mission-relevant manner
• Drive technical strategy in partnership with Sales to shape opportunity strategy, refine positioning, and drive technical win strategies across the deal lifecycle
• Drive alignment across internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure cohesive solutions
• Support proposal and capture efforts, contributing to technical volumes, solution narratives, and overall response strategy
• Build and sustain trusted customer relationships by demonstrating domain awareness, technical credibility, and a consistent focus on mission outcomes
• Mentor junior Solution Architects and Solution Engineers, establishing best practices for discovery, solutioning, and customer engagement
• Drive cross-program technical alignment by creating reusable architectures, patterns, and accelerators that improve delivery consistency and speed.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout pre-sales engagements, maintaining strong follow-through, responsiveness, and attention to detail across multiple concurrent opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:• Active US Security Clearance (TS / SCI eligibility strongly preferred)• 8+ years’ experience in a customer-facing Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sale’s role within U.S. Government environments• Experience defining reusable assets (technical sales assets, architectures, frameworks, etc.) that scale across customers or mission areas• Demonstrated success leading large, complex pursuits or strategic accounts.• Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and senior stakeholders• Experience designing and delivering demos and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate real-world impact• Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively across Sales, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams• Ability to create clear, structured artifacts (e.g., architectures, solution flows, demonstrations) that drive customer understanding and alignment• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and terms and experience architecting solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI), particularly in secure environments• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple diverse engagements with consistency and attention to detail• Experience supporting complex proposals, RFP responses, and capture efforts• Self-starter with high accountability, a collaborative mindset, and a bias for action• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)About the Company:Seekr is a leader in explainable and trustworthy artificial intelligence designed to power mission-critical decisions in enterprises, government, and regulated industries.
