We seek an experienced Principal Solution Architect who is comfortable bridging technology and business. The role involves strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and collaboration with Sales, Professional Services, and Product Management to design and implement data security projects in cloud and on-premises environments.

Keys Areas of Responsibility

• Present technical and business benefits of Thales cybersecurity solutions to clients, partners, and at industry events.
• Lead architectural discussions with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions using our products.
• Assist customers in protecting their critical assets and data.
• Collaborate with Product Management on strategic product enhancements based on market and customer insights.
• Conduct workshops on industry trends and best practices.
• Maintain awareness of relevant products, competitors, and market trends.
• Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor to top customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering).
• 10+ years of pre-sales experience in enterprise software or security, with proven presentation skills at executive and architect levels.
• Expertise in cybersecurity industry, standards, and regulations.
• Experience in cross-selling and product portfolio opportunities.
• Knowledge of standards like PCI DSS, PCI PIN, PCI P2PE, ANSI, ISO, EMV.
• Experience with storage encryption, App-Level Encryption, Tokenization, and relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with networking, security infrastructure, DevOps/DevSecOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
