3. Test features using TDD and write clean, maintainable code.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative features.
5. Explore and adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve development efficiency.
6. Leverage AI to shape application landscapes.
7. Use distributed programming models appropriately.
8. Translate requirements into tasks and code effectively.
9. Develop tools enabling high-quality, rapid development with CI/CD practices.
10. Implement infrastructure as code, ensure system scalability and availability.
11. Follow best practices in testing, security, and performance.
12. Communicate with stakeholders to improve products.
13. Lead design discussions and support production systems.
14. Debug complex issues, support, and maintain software.
