Job summary

Alice is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead technical engagement with frontier labs in the Bay Area. You will translate deep discoveries into scalable engagements and own the high-signal conversations that convert into partnerships.

Based on the West Coast, you will build a community, influence the AI labs roadmap, and act as Alice’s primary technical representative in conferences and collaborations. This role demands expert communication and a strong security-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Principal Solution Architect.
• Deep, current understanding of AI systems security: agents, tools, orchestration, data flow, guardrails, red teaming, evals.
• Experience with frontier labs buying from vendors.
• Track record turning research into shipped product and revenue at scale.
• Credibility with frontier-lab researchers.
• Comfort as a public technical voice.
• Base in the Bay Area with a live network in Valley AI/security communities.
• Fluent working across the Israel time zone.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical front line in the Bay Area, shaping discovery into executable scopes.
• Own the top and middle of the funnel; drive technical conversations and wins.
• Build and engage the frontier-lab community in the Valley with high-signal events.
• Influence roadmap and product direction by feeding market signals to the CTO.
• Be a pillar for Alice in the Valley, recruiting and representing the company locally.
