Job summary

Alice is seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead technical engagements in the San Francisco Bay Area and build the frontier-lab community. You will translate complex lab challenges into scoped opportunities and help shape our strategic direction with engineering and research teams.

Based on the West Coast presence, you will own the technical voice in client meetings, ensure a strong market feedback loop, and represent Alice at conferences and joint research efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as Principal Solution Architect or equivalent at senior level.
• Deep, current understanding of AI systems security and governance.
• Experience working with frontier labs and vendors.
• Proven track record turning research into shipped products and revenue.
• Strong credibility with frontier-lab researchers and engineers.
• Comfort presenting as a public technical voice.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical front line in the Bay Area, translating deep discovery into executable scope.
• Build and nurture the frontier-lab community in the Valley through events and talks.
• Close the field-to-strategy loop by feeding market signals into product roadmaps.
• Be the on-the-ground pillar, hiring adjacent roles and representing Alice locally.
