Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering or related area or 7+ years alternative.
• Experience delivering RESTful services and scalable backend systems.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define platform strategy and architecture for scalable development across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with product management, program managers, and UX teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead engineers and offshore teammates on medium- to large-scale projects.
• Build n-tier applications using microservices, Java/J2EE, and related tech.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering leadership.
