You will partner with architects and leadership to shape technology platforms and drive organization-wide solutions, while enabling high-quality delivery and collaborative problem solving. Remote work is allowed with quarterly travel to Tampa.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.

Responsabilidades

• Influence architectural direction and align with business objectives across teams.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in design, testing, and deployment.
• Lead hands-on development on critical codebases; contribute to core systems.
