Qualifications

• Requires extensive software development experience and ability to translate requirements into design.
• Experience leading software development teams and delivering mission-critical systems.
• Proficiency in designing, developing and debugging complex software applications.
• Experience with databases and data repositories a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to derive software design, performance, and functional specs.
• Design, develop and integrate new software capabilities per requirements.
• Debug, optimize, and maintain software across lifecycle and environments.
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to satisfy performance constraints.
• Lead one or more software teams and ensure adherence to development processes.
